HISTORY OF FOUNDATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Vinalink Logistics Joint Stock Company is the new name of Logistics and Trading Joint Stock Company (Vinalink for short), which was changed on May 24, 2014 (according to the Business Registration Certificate No: 0301776205 issued by the Business Registration Office of the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City for the 10th change. dated May 22, 2014). Vinalink Logistics Joint Stock Company was established by Minister of Trade decision on as a result of partial equitization of the Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade Logistics Company (Vinatrans) and has been officially operating under the model Joint stock company since September 1, 1999, and has been listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) since August 2009.

Inheriting 25 years' experience of a leading logistics company in Vietnam, Vinalink Logistics Joint Stock Company has quickly promoted the proactive advantage of the new model and the dynamism of its experienced staff. With substantial yearly growth in both the scale and scope of activities, as well as service quality, the charter capital has expanded from 8 billion VND at the time of establishment to 90 billion VND at the beginning of 2007, with company revenues accounting for more than half of the new capital.
